Change Hostname
hostnamectl set-hostname server.yourdomain.comAdd Domain in Plesk
In Plesk, go to Tools & Settings > IP Addresses and assign the hostname.
Install SSL
Go to Tools & Settings > SSL Certificates and add a new certificate.
